Lamp Returns
What do I do if I receive damaged lamps?

1. Accept the package even though it is damaged.
2. Lift up one end of the box so the glass slides to the bottom.
3. Open the top of the box and tap the ends of the box with an ink-pen to make sure all broken lamps slide to the bottom.
4. Count the unbroken lamps and call Customer Service at 1-800-325-2796 ASAP to report your damages and get replacements.

Other Return Information
  • Product can be returned within 30 days from date of invoice. (There are restrictions on certain clothing and part items)

  • Simply call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-325-2796 and they will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which must be written on the outside of the box being returned. Any product that is returned without proper RMA number will be refused.

  • The original invoice or copy must accompany the returned product.

  • Returned product must be received in good condition without price stickers attached.

  • Any products authorized for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
